Will is celebrating 15 years of real estate experience in New Mexico and is a member of both the Elite 25 Realtors and NM Select Brokers. Specializing in all homes within all areas of Albuquerque, North Valley, Los Ranchos, Corrales, Sandia Park, Placitas, and the whole East Mountains. He has established himself as a community expert through hundreds of transactions earning several top producer awards for his attending years. Mr. Beecher has served on several Home Owner Associations as a Board of Director and Architectural Control Committee's.
Will is extremely casual with his clients without any pressure. He enjoys working with buyers looking for that special dream home location no matter how long it takes. One of his latest accomplishments was bringing the 2010 HGTV Dream Home to San Pedro Overlook in Sandia Park.
Additionally, Mr. Beecher is a distinguished land expert with over 50 community land opportunities under his control. He was recognized for the highest recorded residential (R-1) land sale in history and the story was featured on the front page of the New Mexico Business Weekly.
Will met his wife Barbara while selling her parents property in 2007. He subsequently has two lovely daughters named Hayli and Brielle. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Mr. Beecher was a business owner and served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Beecher holds a bachelor's degree from Norwich University Military College of Vermont.
Mr. Beecher is strong advocate of Real Estate Higher Education earning the following Distinguished Designations: CRS, ABR, ePRO, SRES, CNE, SFR, CHMS, CDPE. He is currently a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) student.
