She stepped out of the dot-com world in order to take a step up – accepting a position with NARS Cosmetics as National Sales Manager, where she managed over 300 accounts and oversaw 30 direct reports.

New York City was a wonderful and exciting experience for Alicia.  Her life there, more than anything else, taught her that New Mexico is her home. The people, the landscape, and the culture here are so wonderfully unique and special – living without them left too great a void.  She was delighted when the chance arrived to return to her home and to make the next natural step in her career and her life.
