A New Mexico native, Tim was a homebuilder and general contractor in Albuquerque for over 25 years. He worked as a Project Manager, Development Coordinator and Site Superintendent building multi-million dollar commercial projects, but his real motivation was to venture back into the home building market. High Desert eventually became the primary focus of Tim’s construction and development career, offering the opportunity to build blocks of townhomes and multi-million dollar custom homes.
Tim’s company built the first LEED Platinum commercial office building in New Mexico. This $3.5 million project graces the SE corner of Tramway and San Rafael. Nationally recognized, the Cognitive Behavior Institute put New Mexico in the forefront of environmentally sensitive construction. Tim’s construction background and knowledge of local builders, building methods and construction techniques gives his client’s a huge advantage when buying or selling a home.
