I am a fourth generation New Mexican and proud to call the Land of Enchantment my home.  I spent my childhood in Ruidoso, summers in Logan & Ute Lake, many years in Santa Fe, and have been a resident of Albuquerque for  the most part of the past 20 years.   I have two incredible and creative children, Niko & Garrett.  My interests include reading, gardening, tennis, skiing, golf, art and traveling.  I have coached mid-school tennis at Albuquerque Academy for seven years.

My interest in real estate industry began at an early age and continues stronger than ever today.  My first introduction came as I tagged along with my mom in her highly successful residential and commercial real estate career in the 1970s and 1980s.   I worked as a loan officer for several years and later established a mortgage company to specifically service new home sales in the Albuquerque area.  These experiences have seasoned me into a valuable asset for your real estate needs both on a personal and investment basis.

About Carrie
My real estate career started in 1998 working with my mother as a team member and continued working together until 2004.  Her extensive and successful career enabled me to learn the industry and become a multi-million dollar producer in just my first year.  In 2004, I decided to pursue real estate on my own and remained with Coldwell Banker Legacy. 

Since 2004, I have been awarded #1 Producer, Biggest Producing Team and 5th overall Producer inside the largest real estate company in New Mexico.

About Bev
Bev Listek, born in New York city, moved to Albuquerque with her parents at a very young age. She graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelors Degree in Education and taught in the Albuquerque Public School System for some time.  She has served on many Albuquerque committees doing volunteer work in the Arts, Symphony and various other community work. 

Bev got her real estate license in 1992 and has remained a full time Realtor with Coldwell Banker Legacy for many years.  Along with her enthusiasm for life, family and friends, she has a passion for Real Estate and helping others with Real Estate Needs!

He has also lived in Rio Rancho, Tijeras (East Mountains), and the North Valley before moving to Corrales in 2001. In 2006, Tego left his career in sales of Communications / Networking equipment and joined the wonderful world of Real Estate.
